Any individual purchasing such devices should be aware of these laser safety issues and take appropriate measures to protect both themselves and others.

In purchasing any laser or laser module products offered by Blazer Laser, you must agree that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms of this disclaimer:

1. I am over 18 years old.
2. I am a legal citizen of the United States of America.
3. I fully understand the laser safety hazards of the laser product I am purchasing, as embodied in the ANSI Z136.1 laser safety standard.
4. I understand that when not properly assembled into a finished product, the product I am purchasing is dangerous to me and to others.
5. I will use the purchased laser product in a safe and responsible way and will incorporate said laser product into a finished product meeting all laser safety standards, and will use said laser product for a legal purpose.
6. I am legally and solely responsible for the use of purchased laser products, their improper use, and their use in any finished product.
7. I am legally responsible for any injury to myself or to any other person resulting from the use, assembly, or operation of the purchased laser product and their use in any finished product.
8. I am purchasing a laser product to be used as a component to be integrated in a system of my own design, and am legally responsible for any and all liabilities accruing therefrom. 
9. I understand and agree that the purchased laser product shall not be used for any unlawful, illegal, reckless, or prohibited purpose, and that I am solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
10. I understand that laser beams may reflect from mirrors, glass, polished metal, and other reflective surfaces, creating hazardous conditions. I agree not to intentionally direct the laser beam at mirrors or other reflective surfaces and accept full responsibility for any resulting damages, injuries, or liabilities.
11. I understand that laser exposure can permanently damage cameras, image sensors, surveillance equipment, and other optical devices. I agree not to intentionally direct the laser beam at any camera, imaging device, or optical sensor and accept full responsibility for any resulting damages, injuries, or liabilities.
